Hazelindo Pratama

P.T. Hazelindo Pratama was established on June 6, 2008 and formed as Specific Equipment Manufacturer, especially in surface equipment in oil and gas industries. It is proudly known as the nation’s native owned company. 

Even The Company just started in 2008, the Founder has solid experiences in oil and gas industries as field services engineer, and also as project leader for some surface equipment manufacturing in oil and gas industry in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam.

The Company as Specific Equipment Manufacturer have capabilities on Research and Development activities, engineering design and been familiar with offshore equipment standard regulation such as standard offshore container manufacturing and standard protection system for equipment in hazardous area with potential flammable atmosphere. We have always performed our job strictly in accordance to QHSE (Quality, Health, and Safety Environment) regulations.

In 2008, The Company had an achievement on Welding Procedures Specification Certificate No:001/HAZ/WPS-BS.EN/09 with using the testing standard: BS EN ISO 15614-1, and Welder Qualification Test Certificate according to BS EN 287-1-2004, which were granted and approved by Bureau Veritas Indonesia.

In 2009 The Company, having design approval from Bureau Veritas Indonesia with Independent Review Certificate No. 09ABD26106Rev.0, built an equipment structural frame with standard offshore container design in the Maximum Gross Weight.range up to 2000 kgs.

In 2009, The Company have successfully completed an order of design engineering and fabricated the prototype of Hydraulic Power Pack 50 kW driven engine for oil spill control for P.T. Slickbar Indonesia, an Oil Spill Control Services company.

The Company have also successfully built and developed the Hydraulic Pack-Diesel engine driven with accordance to Zone-2 Hazardous Area regulation and standard offshore frame design complete with Slickline Dual Winch Unit for well intervention services. Other achievement, in year 2011 and 2012 The Company built 2 (two) units of Zone-2 Electric Generator for supporting the E-line services company.

Starting in 2012, The Company developed a new line of business in the field of Electrical and Instrument services. The Company have successfully completed engineering design, fabrication, installation and commissioning services of Compressor Control Panel for Kangean Energy Indonesia. This Compressor Panel was controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and equipped complete with 10” Touch-screen LCD display as Human Machine Interface (HMI).
